Understand What You Read
Most apps help you recite the Quran. Tabsira helps you comprehend it — one verse at a time, guided by the scholars who spent their lives explaining it.
The scholar's voice, never paraphrased
Tafsir exactly as the scholars wrote it — Mawdudi, Al-Jalalayn, Ibn Kathir. No AI rewriting, no summaries, fully attributed with the translator named.
Authenticated hadith, always graded
Hadith connected to the verse you are reading, with collection, narrator and chain of narration. Weak narrations are clearly warned; fabricated ones never appear.
A pace you can keep
One, two or three verses a day — each with full tafsir, about five minutes per verse. Earn hasanat, keep your streak, and stop with a clear conscience.
ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
"Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the entire universe."
Al-Fatiha 1:2 · Tafhim al-Quran, tr. Zafar Ishaq Ansari
How a session works
Read the verse
Translation first, the Uthmani Arabic a tap away. Set a goal of 1–3 verses for the day.
Sit with the tafsir
Step through the scholar's commentary paragraph by paragraph — with the related, graded hadith where one exists.
Keep the promise
Finish your goal, earn hasanat, keep the streak. Stopping on time is keeping a promise, not stopping short.
